Most services can be provided without face-to-face meetings if appropriate site and development plans can be provided. We are happy to discus how we carry out site inspections and provide your report without the need for you to be present during the inspection. Of course, we are also happy to meet with you on site – in which case we follow COVID safe practices including regular hand sanitizing and maintaining social distance. About the author

John Franklin is Director and Principal Consultant and has detailed knowledge of water resource policy and developed the NSW Farm Dams Policy in 1999 for the Department of Land and Water Conservation and provided strategic support and direction to the NSW water reform process.
He has a Master of Applied Science, Bachelor of Science and is a member of the Environment Institute Australia New Zealand.
