Erosion and Sediment Control Plans

Service Overview
EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLANS
Erosion and Sediment Control Plans, also known as Soil and Water Management Plans, outline how developers will manage erosion and sediment on construction sites and subdivisions. These plans may be required by Councils at the Development Application stage.
Additionally, these plans can be used by landowners to undertake remediation works on areas of severe erosion. Depending on the remediation activities, approvals from local and state agencies may be required.
